Do Over T’s began as a casual phone call between two college sorority sisters. Many miles apart we realized we were in the same boat.....the "USS Help I'm Loosing Brain Cells by the Minute " boat. :)
We both wanted "something else" to do from home.....as if we didn't have enough already. Both of us had worked professionally in the medical industry, Amy in sales, Stacy in administration, before starting families. Six kids later, we both agreed our ships felt more like life boats.
In trying to devise a plan to keep us mentally afloat we decided to talk about what else we really love, other than our kids and husbands of course! We are both avid runners. We laughed about all the T-shirts we accumualted and how the only shape they would flatter is SpongeBob's. We complained about how much space they take up in our drawers that are already full of college T's we can't bare to part with yet either. As our conversation continued, one groan, moan, story and idea led to another and before you knew it recycling our race t-shirts turned into a business.
